There's a composting facility on the corner of Rutland Ave and Bishopsgate Street. Please follow the instructions provided on site.
All domestic food waste, but make sure that if you have small amounts of fish, dairy, meat, etc that it has gone through fermentation in a bokashi bin.
Please make sure to remove any plastic bags (including the biodegradable ones!).
